Default Visa Costs

Hi,

Can someone just confirm that I understood this correctly?

I will only have to pay the 1st instalment of the Visa costs as long as my partner speaks adequate English (IELTS Test) and our baby can be put onto the same application too.

Is this correct?

If you are from the UK & hold a British passport then yes you only pay the first instalment. Yes baby goes on just as the wife does.

Not only if you're from the UK. If she's a non-native speaker and can provide the right IELTS score, then it's fine.
