Default acs assessment

hi guys
i really need your help
i gave money to a migration agency 2 years ago.unfortunately i understood that i can trust them. they sent an e-mail from acs to me the status is : in progress then about 40 days ago the status :being finalized and now sent me an email that shows:
please be advised that the assessor has advised that you would be suited to nominate an ANZSCO code from 2631** group and applicant shoul allow acs 12 weeks. i want to know is am i assessed by acs. if my case finalise what tis letter mean.
please help me.
i really confused.

It means that your earlier ACS assessment does shows that your nominated occupation does not fit your credentials, and that it would be advisable to get a re-assessment done.

I am not sure what exactly is the problem as you question is not very clear.

but i guess there could be 2 case:
1. you might have applied under ASCO code.
Where as nowdays the Assessment need to be done on ANZSCO code

2. You Applied in ANZSCO code but your experience and study doesnt suit that ANZSCO code and Assessor has advised you to select some other ANZSCO code.
