Pediatrician recommendations?

Hi Sydneysiders,

We're newly arrived Americans (about a month ago) and are quickly realizing that we should probably have someone lined up for our 10 month old son. Anyone have a good recommendation, or resources for finding a pediatrician in Sydney? We're living in the Paddington / Edgecliff area without a car, so something in the area would help a lot.

Hi,
generally in Australia, children just see a GP (usually its the family one).
If there are any problems a GP cant deal with, then you are referred to a pediatrician.

Gp's also do childhood vaccinations,and some councils also organise vaccinations
