Skill assessment (old Vetassess)

Dear friends
I have assessed my overseas qualification in Dec 2009 ( qualification assessment).
However according to new rules we need qualification + expereince to assess skill.
Anyone has an idea whether i can use that or i need to re-assess my qualifiaction.
