tourist visa after business fail

Hi,

Would there any problem in getting a tourist visa at a later date, if, say, you go to Australia on a business visa, the job doesn't work out and you leave?

I want very much to live and work in Australia, but I've been reading horrible things about the work conditions in my particular field. I might not get a job at all, or I might go there and find it's a nightmare! If this would turn out to be true, I'd leave, sadly.

What I don't want to do under any circumstances is block myself from obtaining a tourist visa. Is there any chance of this happening? I believe if your business visa expires, you have to leave the country, and that's fine, no problem. Can you come back to visit, though?
