Graduate looking to move to oz - help?!

I am wanting to move to Oz and have been trying to look around with little luck and a LOT of confusion! I have a 4 year degree in Criminology and currently work as a political analyst. I see that social professionals NEC are on the employer sponsorship list but can't seem to see it listed anywhere else! Does this mean I have no hope of moving to OZ? Is anyone else in the same boat?!
Any help would be much appreciated
