Default Guidance

Hi There,

Greetings!

Can anyone suggest or guide me??? I am working in UK on HSMP visa. I had applied for Australian PR two years ago, but the process was delayed. Now, I am again being guided by my Australian agent to file for PR, as my application successfully qualifies. Is it advisable to do so?? Can we apply for Australian PR with UK HSMP stamped on the passport??

Kindly Assist.

Thanks & Regards

Yes, all Immi applications are independent of what current visas you hold in another country. The only additional step from before is that you will also need to provide a Police clearance for the time period you've lived in the UK.
