Smile online visa application

Hi there,

Just wanted to find out if anyone has done the online visa application?
I'm not sure about attaching all the paperwork to the visa (is it ok to attach
certified copies or do you have to attach original copies)? If they want original copies then I would assume that you need a colour scanner?

Thanks
Catz

Hi Catz,

I'm pretty sure that colour copies don't need certifying, but black and white ones do. After you've done the paying bit and then scanned and attached all necessary documentation, you are given a TRN (Transaction Reference Number) to enable you to add documents to your application.

I think the checklist is at the bottom of the application form. Hopefully, someone can verify that.

Dolly

HI - they DO NOT want originals so don't worry. They must be copied certified docs from your Solicitor. (make sure they use their company stamp, and keep copies of all that you send. Your solicitor will photo copy them too.
