Default Pet friendly accommodation Syndey

Hello all,

We are hopefully off to Oz end of June if all goes well with the sale of our house.

Can anyone recommend any pet friendly rentals short term i.e. maximum 3/4 months in the Sydney area preferable north shore?

Thanks

Christina

Hi there Christina,

Sorry I can't help with any recommendations as I live in Victoria.

I did find this website though Pet Friendly Accommodation in Australia - Rent-A-Home.com.au

Generally, it's down to the Landlord if they will allow pets. Some do, a lot don't. We just went round all the Real Estate agents, saw houses we liked and asked if the Landlord would accept pets. Real Estate agents have fliers outside their offices with all the rentals on their books. There's a brief description of the house, how much they're asking per month and it will generally say there if pets aren't allowed.

You could always have a look at the rental section of realestate.com.au. That would give you an idea of how much you will be paying.
