Default 50 year old hairdresser

My Mum and dad are desparate to move to QLD to be here with us, Mum is a 50year old hairdresser with extensive experience including owning her own business for 15 years! She came over on holiday and landed a job with sponsorship - but its fallen through! How do they get in? The parent visa is a "no go" because the majority of their children arent in Australia!

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP??!!?!?!?!?!!??!

Hi Clairer,

Have you spoken to any migration agents? I would try that first - we have Alan Collett and Liana Allan on the forums here.

How did your Mum got the job before? Could she do the same thing again?
Did they say why it had fallen through? You just want to make sure that it doesn't happen again.

Regards,
Karen

Hi,

I had a quick look at the Investor Retirement (Subclass 405) but you have to be 55 years or over and have $750,000 in assets - that's the only other visa I could think of.

If your mum landed a sponsorship once, I'm sure she can do it again. I'd definitely get in contact with at least 3 agents to see what they can do for your mum.

Dolly
