Default Form 80 Not asked

Hi,

I'm recently filed PR and I uploaded all the documents required in the documents checklist. But I was not asked to upload Form 80. Is there any reason for that? My friends who has filed PR earlier has filled Form 80 as part visa process and uploaded.
Can any one tell me why Form 80 was not requested in my documents checklist?

Thanks..
CD

You can upload form 80 by selecting "Other" category.

Thanks very much. I can upload but is it required. Why unnecessarliy to upload if it is not required.

My question is why it is not requested. Is there any special case?

It was not requested in my case as well but i uploaded my self, when CO assigned to me he pointed out some mistakes and asked for re-upload. You can wait for till CO allocation.

There are people who filed online but were asked for it. It is a personal particular form for each applicant. They ask fro it from those coming from High Risk countries, specially India, Pakistan etc

Currently I'm staying in Australia for almost two years holding UC 457 visa.
I think(but not sure) coz of claiming points for Australian work experience I was not asked to fill the form 80.

They ask for it near the end of processing, I was on a 457 and low risk and then when I went for PR it was asked about 2 days before my PR was granted.

You can fill it out now and wait for the CO or send it off now, it's not time sensitive.
