LAFHA: Can I sell my house in the UK and still claim LAFHA?

We're here on a 457 and have been letting out our house in the UK. The tenant is moving out and we're considering selling rather than look for another tenant. I've had conflicting opinions about whether or not this would mean no longer being entitled to LAFHA. Can anybody give me a definitive answer on this?
