Default What DIAC is doing with me?

Hi Everyone,

I am facing a strange rather frustrating Situation. In response to my Previous PLE DIAC addressed email to some "Mr. Robinson". Later on when i raise query for clarification and ask for correction of name. I got the following response from DIAC that totally screwed me out. remember i neither used any agent nor authorized anyone for correspondence with DIAC except myself.

Seniors, can you suggest me some solution

Raise another PLE, maybe the cut/paste went into the wrong e-mail. Or just fill out 1193.pdf and send it.

i suggest calling them. this is the reply we got when we raised a PLE long back. that time we did not know only the agent can raise PLE as we had given our email id along with agent's (secondary email id was ours) for any communication.

Raising PLEs will certainly help but the waiting will only increase your frustration.

While sending PLE, use the e-mail address you filled as official contact e-mail in your 175 visa form. You will get same response if you write from any other e-mail address.

In that case, please call DIAC and talk to them, they would correct it (if there is any mistake) before this problem becomes bigger..
