Hi,

We use HFIX (see add under sponsors) or Baydonhill (which used to be currencies 4 less). We have been using both companies for about 6 years and if you are sending a large amount remember to negotiate

I looked at using online companies last year to do a quick exchange (rather than wait to contact the UK) but their exchange rates were not competitive.

Regards,
Karen

Yes I have. We were signed up with them years ago by our migration agent but found the other firms to give better rates. That was some years ago though.

I would contact several companies and get them to give you a quote. I ask them to tell me how much money would actually appear in my account and how much are the fees.

I also let them know that I'll be contacting other exchange companies
