Default Worked in the .NET technology but different programming languages..

Hi,
After lot of waiting, I have 4 years of experience now in .Net technologies. Although I have been working on C#.net for last 2.8 years but I worked on vb.net around a year in my first company? I was wondering it would matter applying as .Net specialist ?

And what ANZSCO code I should look at for ACS?

thanks

.net is a mix of vb.net, c#.net and some other technologies like web services, remoting etc.
In my reference letter I mentioned all these things along with java script, XML etc.

Yes, I did work on XML, web services etc. this means it is ok to have vb.net experience.

Default Planning for acs, worried about employer reference?

Hi guys,
I am also planning for acs as well. I have experience letters from my previous companies but they don't have roles & responsibilities. Should I contact them to get letters in appropriate format so that it includes my roles and responsibilities? But I am not sure they will take my request seriously. Are references from employees enough or employer reference must? Confused.....

Employer reference is good but if they don't have policy to provide then u can get letter from ur senior colleague. In this case u will have to provide some more documents supporting ur employment, have a look at ACS site.
