Question need some advice

Hi, I'm Mrs Sekaran from Malaysia. married with only son of 12 years. Currently we are running a retail business, selling provisions and stationeries. We've been in this business for the past 8 years. Prior to this, both of us worked in Singapore for 10 years. We have plans to send our son for his further studies in Australia. and at the same time we are also thinking of doing a similiar business there. Can someone please advise or suggest on how should we go about this. Thanks.

The requirements for a business visa to setup in AU are quite high in terms of turnover and funding.
Please see this visa to start:
Business Owner (provisional) (subclass 160)

There is also a visa for accompanying a child as a guardian if the child is studying but you cannot work or run a business under that visa. More info here:
Student Guardian Visa (Subclass 580)
