yippee - got our visas!
Hi all, just thought i'd share our good news with you guys, we got our visas today! Can't believe it i'm over the moon.
We were October applicants, got our case officer in January, and waited 4 weeks for the decision maker to grant our visas. Hope this helps anybody who has no nails left and is completely bald! My hair should start to grow in again!!! lol

Hi Tiff, oh it's wonderful i just can't believe it!
Your right, those pesky spiders won't get in my way either (we'll see  ) I assume the snails are destroying your plants?We are moving to Thornlands in Brisbane with a view to relocating to Adelaide - although if we fall in love with Brissie we will certainly stay, all depends on the kids really if they want to stay then that's that! Where are you, i can't remember if you've told me before or not! Wendy

Many many congratulations!!!
I'm sure the waiting is a nightmare but it's all worth it I'm told. We will be applying as soon as we get the ACS results (hopefully positive). I'm curious though, did you apply online for the visa or did you use snail mail?? Congrats to you and your family once again!

Hey we had to apply to the ACS too, that took about 10 weeks in total. We certainly did apply on-line and noticed the difference the whole way through the process, compared to the snail mailers! I would strongly recommend it as we had no problems at all. Best of luck to you and fire away if you have any more questions.
