Business Visa Costs?

We had interview with MARA approved Agent here in South Africa last week. We meet all requirements to go on a BVisa.
Does anyone recently in Oz (ex SA), know if the amount quoted (R100,000) is fair or not? This includes a Business Plan being drawn up on our behalf (voluntary) - otherwise the costs are around R80,000. And of course this includes the Agents fees.
If there is someone on this site who knows of an alternative Agent/Solicitor preferably in the Durban area, kindly let me know. Or maybe even one in Cape Town or Jhburg that we can liaise with.

Are these costs inclusive or exclusive of the Visa Application Charge payable to the Department of Immigration?

Thanks for reply Alan. I would presume they include the costs you mentioned. The Agent merely said it would include all costs and at the end of the day we would only have to pay for flights, containers, etc.
Thank you also for the number of your colleague..... we are considering the option of emigration but still have to discuss the matter further with our children of 26 and 24 as they would have to apply separately
