Visa 457 Approved - Wht next..???

Hi Friends,

I got my 457 Visa on 26/05/2010.... though there were no updates on the status of the visa in immigration websites. I think this is because the agent has submitted paper visa... not sure...

Anyway.. the visa papers were logged on 29/04/2010 in Perth and I received the same on 26/05/2010.

I need to submit the Visa grant no and mail which I received from immigration in the nearest passport office and get physically stamped.

Just like to know will there be any further delay for stamping of visa..? I spoke to the embassy in Delhi, India and I was informed that it will take 3 working days to complete the process...

Can anybody tell me should I need to fill any form while submitting my passport or just submit the passport along with the hard copy of the mail which I received from the immigration office ( along with visa grant no)...

VFS is teh answer to your query. Go there with passport size photos, your pp, the grant letter and i think 300 INR each applicant. if you do have to fill a form, they will give the same to you there bt i doubt. Not sure as I am yet to get my pp.

hai friends, today i got approved my 457 visa.

i got an email from CO.
MY VISA WAS VALID FOR SIX MONTHS ONLY, IS THIS NORMOL..
IS THERE ANY CHANCE TO EXTEND THE VISA VALIDITY TIME OF MY VISA IN AUSTRALIA.

PLS REPLY ME.
