pls let me know whether i would be affected by the new changes,

Started my process for 475 regional skilled sponsered provisional visa on May 2009.

STARTED PROCESS APPOINTED AGENT- 26/05/2009
SKILL ASSESMENT DONE ON 30/11/2009
18/11/2009- IELTS DONE AVG SCORE 7.0
25/FEB/2010- SPONSERSHIP GRANTED BY SOUTH AUSTRALIA GOVT
26TH/MARCH/2010- VISA LODGED AT DIAC
15TH/APRIL/2010- MEDICALS RECIEVED BY DIAC
20TH/APRIL/2010- MEDICALS FINALISED BY DIAC
Still waiting for a response from DIAC

In New SOL on 17 may10 my occupation is available it is URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNER.....

Pls give your views on the situation......

You should be all right , new changes affect 175 and 176 categories ...

IELTS: 17 Nov 2009 Overall 7.5
Visa Application:
Paper based 175 Visa application: 19 Jan 2010
CO Assigned - 5th Mar 2010
PCC & Medicals Sent - 31st March...
No further updates as it is PAPER BASED .
Got the Grant on 29th April 2010....
Received Visa stamped PP - 18 May 2010
Om Sai.......
