Hi Jason,

Have you been through the various kinds of visas that are available? There is a link in the "Please read...." post towards the top pf the forum.

Have you been to any emigration expos?

Have you spoken to any emigration agents? We have Alan Collett and Liana Allan on the forum (occasionally) or you can contact them via private message. If you talk to an agent make sure that they are MIA or MARA registered so that you know you are getting good advice.

I would check out all those things first to see how you can get in.

Regards,
Karen

Hi there Jason,

I always recommend getting the advice of an agent when you're starting out on the process of emigrating. Usually their first consultation is free of charge, without obligation. We used George Lombard who was fantastic. Always go to at least 2 agents to get a feel for what they will do for you and also their fees.

You've just missed a few emigration expos, but the main one is due again at Sandown probably around October time.

My best friends 19yr old son moved to Brisbane 2 weeks ago. He trained for 3 years to be a dancer, and worked in MacDonalds for six months before that. He went to Max Employment Agency and they have a job interview for him to work as a Domestic (cleaner) in the mines in Perth.

Pay is $1800 a week in the hand, 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

Cheers
QueenBee
