IT Qualified and looking for sponsors

I am an IT graduate with Monash university however my postgrad course is only 78 weeks registered. I am very very interested (to a point of desperation) to seek opportunities back in Australia, especially Melbourne because

1) I fell in love with the city
2) I love the opportunities offered in comparison to my home country
3) The working culture
4) The culture in itself.

I know my only option is to get a sponsored visa as SG do not have working holiday visa agreement (which i find it so weird).

I admit i have minimal corporate skills but being an IT student for the past 6 years of my life, i have been doing my own programming projects and projects in school and honestly deem myself skilled in term of areas. I JUST LACK EXPERIENCE.

I hope someone would be able to help me and recommend me agencies or companies they might know.
