Visa 457 Approved !

Guys - My visa been approved today !

Can some one explain why the processing commenced remark still there (attached)?

Hope the rest of you guys receive the good news soon !

Great news!!
Very few 457 applicants on this forum and glad to know you got yours in quick time.
Mine is taking longer. I'm not using an agent - does that make a difference.
My timeline is in my signature - am attaching a screenshot like you have too.
Can you PM me your CO's name - just curious!!!

My employer used an agent for this. Typically the agent know when to lodge each items - for instance they asked me to do xray (for me n wifey) and examination (for baby son) first. After the health report reached the immi office the agent lodge my visa and also employer nomination. (they mention this is the fastest way of getting visa rather than lodge first then submit health report)

basically after fill the agents questionaires, they know what they should declare and what they dont. for me i just did health checkup and gave my employer reference letter.

BTW, they applied online and there's no CO officer for my visa (if there is - i dont have the visibility as i authorised the agent to do everything on my behalf).

Hello,

Just curious to know about 457, since you applied yourself. As far i know you need sponser from australia for 457, if you do have a sponser, why the company from there not filing it.

whats the process you followed.
