I think based on a reply from Alan Collett (a migration agent) on this forum yesterday, he would have to apply in his own right since he's not a dependent. However I don't know much about the business visa since we went for the skilled independent one.

You'll need to check this since for emigration purposes the authorities often want to see experience after qualification.

Yes I think your son-in-law and daughter would have to apply on a separate visa from yours. This is worth checking with an agent - we have Alan Collett and Liana Allan on the forum who are both agents.

I don't know any agents in South Africa at all - sorry. I know one is the UK and the two on this forum.
