hiya,
well good on you for going with allen, one of his parners is in fact the agent dealing with us also, well my son anyway, they are very helpful and i only ever hear good things about go-matilda, have you looked at their website, they also have a chat forum to look on that allen regularly posts replies to queries on. again dont worry yourself about which is the best option/visa (Go Matilda - Your Gateway to Australia - Visa, Tax and Financial Planning for Australia) route for your family, if you employ allen thats his job to ensure you use the best route possible so dont fret about it,
my sis is in ireland, county leitrim, she,s been living near carrick for about 15yrs now and loves it,
rioella, ensure that any agent you instruct is MARA registered, (allen collett is obviously) that is the governing body for migrant agents, you,de be suprised how many cowboys are out there
again good luck, make sure you both keep us up to date with how you,re going, also remember though, the visa process can be very long and VERY frustrating at times, it,s the waiting that drives everyone mad, most visa,s can take a year or so for the skilled independants anyway, it took us 15 months from when we first instructed an agent (not one i,d recommend hence us now being with go matilda) so nothing will happen overnight
again best of luck
karen
