How do I track my GSM application online?

Hi,

I used MARA agent to apply for my GSM PR visa (subclass 175). I am on CSL and the recent rule changes put me into 4th priority processing. Although i applied 10 days before 8th feb. 2010.

I want to know how can i track my app. online using File Ref. no and ICSE number which is there in the ack. receipt.

Hi

welcome to the forum. was your application filed online? you have a file number and not the trn number. if its online applciation then it can be checked online but if it is paper application you can not not really check the status online.

If its an online application, click on the link below, it will ask you which visa status, click on general skilled.. and it takes u to the page wehre u put in ur details.

If you used an agent and your application is paper based it is difficult to track your application with File no:
But if your application is online and having a TRN no: you can track your application.
Also you cannnot send a plea to diac as applied by agent so he can only do that.

But you can call Diac by phone and track your application with File no:
You have just applied so i think no need is found to call them now.

As mentioned earlier , only options for the paper based applicants is to send PLE that tooo if you have used an agent he has the authority to send PLE not you , mean time in so many cases that we have observed shows that CO takes 4 to 6 months , so I suggest not to hurry and give certain time to DIAC because any how they get back to you once you have CO.

Hi Sandeep,

I need some information from you as I think both of us may be in the same boat.

When did your agent send your application (Date) ? and what is your current GSM points ?

Because my application was sent by agent on Feb 5 and I afraid which will not be received by DIAC before Feb 8 , and before Feb 8 changes I was having 130 points including MODL's 15 points, as the MODL has been revoked on Feb 8, my GSM points has dropped down to 115 which may put my application in the so called VISA pool or my applcation may got refused about which I am not sure.

And moreover I have not received any Ack. letter or anything from DIAC.
