Default Moving to Sydney from Frankfurt

Hi all,
I am thinking of moving to Sydney from Germany through my Company.
To make some dicisions on this, i need your inputs or advise on the following.
1. I am working in IT. I am earning 65,000EUR. How much i should ask for if i move there in AUD?
2. How much tax i will have to pay and what are the other deductions?
3. How good is the medical insurance and how much it woud cost?
4. I have 3 years old kid who will have to go for Kindergarten. What would be the approx. fees for this and what about the fees for further grades?
5. Is there any allowance paid by govt. until one becomes PR?
6. If i have to travel by CAR, how much on an average i will have to spend monthly for fuel and car?
7. How about house rents?(say for 2BK)
8. Since i am moving through the company, i heard that they will apply for my PR? How long does it normally take?

Sorry to bother with so many questions. Would appreciate your genuine info to help me.

Guten Tag
I will try to help you to find the answers to your questions:
1. Try aussie job sites with similar job roles. The main job sites in Australia are SEEK - Australia's no. 1 jobs, employment, career and recruitment site, Job Search - Australian jobs - Job listing - Find a job - CareerOne and Reverse Jobs: Home. Have a look at the salaries offered for your position.
2. The tax is PAYG. It depends on the amount of money you are earning. If you do not already have an Australian accountant I can help you to locate a good one that can explain it all to you.
3. Medical insurance is great. I suggest Medibank Private. Each fund covers different things.
4. This all depends whether you are a permanent or temporary resident upon arrival and start date of your child's kindergarten entry. Overseas nationals pay more if they are not permanent residents in most cases. Where will you be moving to? Have you approached schools in the area?
5. What sort of allowance are you talking about? Please contact Centrelink for more information on all allowances.
6. It depends on whether the car is petrol or diesel or the new hybrid. Will it be a 4WD or a sedan as 4WD's chew more petrol.
7. If your company is applying for your permanent residency it depends how good they are, how fast they are and whether they are using a registered agent. Who is applying for the visa for you and your family? Do you have a registered migration agent looking after your visa applications?
Your company might be looking after their nomination section of the application. Did they ask you if you wanted an agent? The visa part of the application is a seperate application in it's own right to the company's part of the application. Good luck with it all!
Auf Wiedersehen.
