mother and toddler groups

we will be moving to Australia in oct this year to either perth where we have family or cairns i have a 2 year old and go to lots of mother and toddler groups here in u.k great way to meet other mums etc do perth and cairns also do these type of groups as would be lost without them.thank you

A friend of mine on the forum asked this same question about perth, not sure if she did get an answer, i think it was unknown if there were people on here from that area who are in the same situation,
