Where in northern Melbourne is good to live?? Anyone working in Midwifery for state not private in Oz experiences would be useful

The only suburbs I know to possibly avoid are Northcote and Sunshine. I live about 45kms south of Melbourne and don't really know much about that area.

Please don't break any copyright laws by sending e-books to people when you have bought them yourself unless it specifically says you can do so (which is unlikely if the book has been bought). Please send the person the link where you bought the book so that they can buy it for themselves.
