Iam contacting for any information that you might have which could help me with certain issues. My name is Mr Lee iam 23 years old and qualified electricain here in the u.k. i have been qualified for one year now after a four year apprentiship. After visiting family freinds in perth australia last year and enjoying my time there i would like to get back out there to work/live. But theres a few things iam trying to find out first, Is there any type of working/holiday programme avaliable or anything similar because i would like to experience the diffrent working enviroment and life in australia before cutting all my contacts here in the u.k. i.e. my job. Is there any exams that i will have to take before starting to work in australia and any certain fee's that need paying for licences ect. If all went well and moved to australia is there any help avaliable for people in my situation

Hi lee, you are a good age, so you have plenty of options ahead of you. My brother is an electrician, he applied for a working holiday visa and travelled and worked as an electrician when he needed more money. He was offered a sponsership with a big company and has never looked back. He decided to come home as he missed his mates. Got into loads of trouble realised they were doing the same old thing, and went back. Good luck!
