Hi Ronscot,

Welcome to the forum.

I've moved your post to a thread of it's own rather than resurrect an old thread.

When you say you are struggling to be granted a visa what do you mean? That you don't know which one to go for or that you've done an online test and don't have the points or something else?

As you've already seen there are several migration agents that have been recommended on the thread that you found and I would also add

Welcome to The Emigration Group Website - A complete migration service for New Zealand and Australia if you are moving from the UK.
They got us in when 2 other agents said we couldn't get in, but as you have seen there are many other good agents too. In the "PLEASE READ..." sticky
there are links to the agent authorities to make sure that you chose one that is properly registered.

Regards,
Karen

Hi, Thanks For Your Reply. I Am Struggling As Scaffolding Is Not A Recognised Trade In Oz Although I Know They Are Finding It Very Hard To Get Experiece Guys, As My Uncle Who Lives There Has Told Me. Yes I've Looked Into Him Sponsoring Me But Gain No Points As They Live In A Metropolitan Area. My Partner Is Also A Qualified Nurse But Not Practiced For Over 12 Years. Me And My Cousin Are Looking To Start Our Own Scaffolding Business In Perth, He Is An Australian Citizen. I Was Also Willing To Put The 100k Into The Bond If Required. Can You Tell Me If I Get Sponsored By A Company, Am I Tied To That Company For Any Length Of Time Or Can I Work Elsewhere. Many Thanks. Sorry For Writing In Capitals As I Never Noticed Until The Third Paragraph.

Hi Ronscot,

I'm not an agent and so I'm not an expert in visas & sponsorship. As I understand from other people on this forum sponsorship does meant that you are tied to that company for a period of time.

Have you thought about going to an emigration expo since I know there are some going on very soon? There you will find emigration experts and other info that may be able to help. The first consultation with an agent is usually free and that may set you off in the right direction.

Regards,
Karen

Hi Ronscot. Unfortunately I am unable to advise you on the questions that you have asked. Have you considered going to an expo. They are very helpful and will be able to answer your queries. Earlier today I found a link at the top of the page advertising an expo in London next week (Saturday). I have managed to book 2 tickets which were free. I have looked and cannot seem to find it there now. However the the web address is info@thinkingaustralia.com. The people who are running this were very helpful when I phoned them. The number is 0845 850 40 40. I dont know how far from London you live or if they have any places left but it may be a good idea if you can get yourself along to the expo. I am sure you will find out everything you need to know and more.

Sorry I cant be of more help.

Good Luck

Karen
