Grant/Refusal Letter

Dears,

From your experience, in case you have agent, do you get the (Grant/Refusal) Letter directly on your Inbox or they send it firstly to the agent, and agent informs you with the result?

it is the agent that acts on your behalf, all correspondence goes to the email specified in the form which is the agents email id.

My friend got the refusal letter directly on his inbox, and the agent didn't get anything.

So lets see what the members say.

What is the reason for rejection.
If he got the letter directly surely the copy will be forwarded to agent also.

this is for sure Agent's mistake... agent shouldn't have filed the application without ielts... these are the silly mistakes agents do make which costs applicants a lot...
i suggest when you are qualified... dont worry research, follow guidelines and apply by own rather than hiring an agent....

its painful to get refused due to small mistake..
