Hello,
I am applying for Information Technology Manager skill assessment for ACS.

I have total experience of 4 Yrs and 3.8 Yrs of experience as Technical Support Manager managing IT Service Desk.
I am a bit worried, will ACS accept these 4 Yrs sufficient for IT Manger?

( I have 36 months of relevant exp as required by DIAC out of last 4 Yrs, will ACS consider this? )

Kindly suggest....

1> I will complete 4 Yrs exp on 30th Nov09. (4 months as techhnical marketing engineer + 3.8 Yrs as IT service desk manager)
2> Have 4 Yrs Bachelor's degree in electronics Engineering
3> Have vendor certification (Oracle certified associate).

Is this sufficient to get +ve assessment, kindly suggest.....
