CSL waiting for 175 Visa Grant

Hi,
Could anyone let me know how long does it take for Visa Grant after all the criteria is met? Here are the details

Applied - 06/05/2009
CO Assigned - 27/09/2009
All Criteria Met - 02/10/2009
Medical Criteria Finalized and Met - 20/10/2009.

Wait eagerly for Visa Grant, but in vain. Seen many guys whose grant is 2-7 days after all criteria is met-- but nothing here.
