Default Allocation of CSL Applications has started according to New Priority Critarea.

Hi to all,

I have got this reply for my PLE. In which it is stated that The allocation of applications on the Critical Skills List has commenced. Each application will be checked to identify if it meets the priority processing criteria as announced by the Minister of Immigration on the 23 September 2009. The process of identifying applications that meet the priority processing criteria is ongoing.

"Thank you for advising that your nominated occupation is on the Critical
Skills List. We can confirm that this information has been noted on your
file.

commenced. Each application will be checked to identify if it meets the
priority processing criteria as announced by the Minister of Immigration
on the 23 September 2009. The process of identifying applications that
meet the priority processing criteria is ongoing.

If your application is identified as meeting the priority processing
criteria, your application will be referred to the relevant processing
area for allocation to a case officer. Applications will be processed in
date of lodgement order."

Lets see how much time it will take for this process.

I applied online for category 175. I am an IT professional and listed in MODL. Do I have to specify about CSL? I didn't see any option to do that in the online forms.Only a section for mentioning MODL was provided.Do you have any idea about this, how to notify about application being a CSL category application.

Hallo shuvo27.......

It is not a must to notify Diac that you are in CLS.
But some people in this forum has send a remainder to Diac specifying that they are in CLS.

The online form however has not given that option.

The same process you also can do by sending a plea to Diac .
Then you will get a return reply within 10 days as saying thanks for your notification.
