Default Indian passport but a resident of ireland wants to move to Australia. Please Help!!

Hi there

I am an Indian National but a resident of Ireland with stamp 4 which allows me to stay and work anywhere in Ireland. Now i am planning to move to aystralia on the skillied immigration law(Sales & Marketing). Can you please tell me if i can apply from Ireland or do i have to apply from India.

Also, if anyone knows about how much does this costs?

Any help will be much appreciated...

Thanks

Hi, Just go to any of the immigration agencies listed on web sites and they would answer any specific questions that you might have for free.

Hi IndianPaddy,

Welcome to the forum.

Shelom777 is correct that you can get free advice from some emigration agents, and even full free consultations.

The Australian visas are usually more interested in whether you are in Australia or outside it rather than which country. Since you are a resident of Ireland you should be okay at applying from there, but I'm not an agent. If you look at the "Please read.." post towards the top of the forum that has links to the Australian immigration visa website and you should be able to find the fees on that website. Are you looking at a visa that requires points since that will be on that website too.

Regards,
Karen
