Hi Anoopair,

Welcome to the forum.

If you check out the "Please read...." post towards the top of the forum since that has links for visas and job websites.

Usually a sponsorship will not take place unless a company can't find someone locally. There are other options to get into Australia if you can't get sponsorship.
