Some people are just so lucky.. I am sure We applied at wrong time as there is some serious problems in ACS may be due to more applicants or shortage of staffs or old staffs moving on vacation or old staff moving out for good..

The funniest part is , got a mail reply from them saying :

Your file is currently with an assessor.

Your status will state "In Process" until your case is finalised. Please note the timeframe for assessments is 12 weeks from the date your application is received.

Bbulsara : no on-line status haven't changed for me. Again I can say you are Lucky..!

I'm a August 8th applicant and my case was finalized and waiting for the letter for the last 23 days...hope I will get my result by month end..

Hmm, That Good, Atleast ur Case is Finalized, If you have not yet got the Result after 21 Days Check Below Details

If it has taken longer than 21 days for your result to arrive, you can write a letter to your case officer and ask them for a copy. This must be posted or faxed because we will confirm your signature prior to release.

You can also confirm the address you want it sent to or provide us with a new postal address. Please note we will not issue the copy any sooner than this time. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Thanks friend, I did that 2 days back. I fax the letter with new address . My online status is still showing the old Reg no. Dont know how long its gonna take to update.

No, Mate , I called them, they Said to Wait 1 Month More. i Called them on 26 Oct.

That's tooo much.. did they gave any reason for the delay?
Anyway, waiting is all we can do.. (Sabra ka phal meetha hota hai) and hope the result is favourable.

i applied on 3rd aug and few days back i saw the status changed as with Accessor along with the registered post no.....so does that mean the letter has been posted???or it will be posted when the status shows Case Finalized..?
