I applied online in 21 July. I have applied for 2231-79 with C# specialist according to new critical list for computer professionals with MODL.
My status is below

They sent me 3 documents.
Its funny but I cant understand the letter.
Because I dont know what I supposed to have in the letter. I thought They would send some points or anything related to MODL.
1. I have got 1 ACS Membership Application form with my name writen which have $280 annual fees.
2. Re: Australian Computer Socity Discounted Membership letter. In which some membership benefits mentioned.
3. And the third one is a letter in which they said

For the purpose of your application you have as of January 2009 satisfied the requierments of the ACS PIM 2 Group A.
Your work Exp

.....

You should note that the DIAC reserve the right to further detailed investigation.....

Your skill have been assessed to be suitable for migration under 2231-79 (C# Specialist) of the ASCO Code, being the skill occupation indicated that you intend to nominate in General Skill migration application.

Based on the provided certified documentation it is the opinion of the ACS that the applicatint has 12 month experience in C#.

That's quite standard ACS wordings.. C# specialist itself meand MODL and CSL as of current list.

Congratulations for possitive assessment and good luck for DIAC.

BTW: when did u got this letter?

mr india, this is so funny, u wont believe it but i got my assessment result in hand in 19 days flat, we applied in May last year. 14thMay we applied and 23rd May we got the letter (it was posted to my agent who is in AU so we did not hv to wait 10 days for the post to reach us). but now thye seem to take forever..
