hey cintai thanks for the fast response,

I am to show 2 yrs full-time exp (current employment), 4yrs part-time exp from my final yr of Bsc Comp Sci to final yr of MCA. Worked for two companies - one small company and next one good & moderate institute.

My full-time exp reference letter will clearly mention that I am working in C#, Dot Net.

Should my part-time reference letter also mention that I have worked in Dot Net or can it be in any IT field. I have done projects in IT but I am not sure if my part-time employer will mention Dot Net or C# in particular. I have worked even before the institute was established, was helping technically till its established and fully operational.

All my employers are co-operative and good enough to support.

Whats you view?

And any suggestions on how to proceed?

Hi cintai,
Congrats for +ve ACS Result.
Dear I have seen that you applied for Assessment on 4th June 2009 and your status changed to In Process on 6th August 2009. May I ask why there is 2 months gap between these? Secondly have you filed the application for DIAC yet? Do the DIAC requires academics IELTS or General IELTS?

Update.

THank....

Academic IELTS – Institutions of Higher and Further Education
The Academic format is for those who want to study or train in an English-speaking university or Institutions of Higher and Further Education. Admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses is based on the results of the Academic test.

General training IELTS – for school, work or migration
The General Training format focuses on basic survival skills in a broad social and educational context. It is for those who are going to English-speaking countries to do secondary education, work experience or training programs. People migrating to Australia, Canada and New Zealand must sit the General Training test.

Hi Umair,

Thanks. Well in between 4th June and 6th August I was asked to send more additional docs. I took time in collecting and sending the docs. I am goin to get married in Nov, so waiting for my marriage certificate in which case I can apply for my husband together with my application which will save a lot of money. General IELTS is required.

Cheers,

Sry tht I mmissed ur query. You shuld be able to show that you have .Net/C# experience for the past 12 months. The rest can be in any other platform. In my case I have worked in VB, VBA also. For the past one year I am working in C# this is what I had specified to ACS. Hope I have answered ur question.
