Job ready test

Hi all,

I was thinking to apply 175 visa before 1st jan 2010 as DIAC is applying Job Ready test from 1st jan 2010.

..any ideas will it be good or bad??

...i think it wll become much more difficiult for us...

what do u mean by Job ready test from Jan 2010???

It is going to be only for SubClass 457

r u sure that job ready test is for 457 visa only...i think its for 175 also....

Is it mentioned anywhere its only for 457. Its mentioned the test will initially be applied to trade occupations under GSM visa.

HI All,

I have applied for evaluation in Engineers Australia on 24th Aug,2009. my agent has told me that it will take 12-14 weeks to access my CDR, but as per below trailing thread Jobready test should be applied in start of next year,i am quite in hurry to apply for visa but Engineers australia evaluation has bounded me, is this job ready test is also be applicable to those guys who even applied for Engineers australia in 2009

i suppose after evaluation in Engineers Australia u wll apply for visa(mostly 175 or176 visa)...isn't??...in that case this thing wll be applicable to u...
