Question ??visa's???

Hi to anyone who can help!!!! have done the visa points test bit but only on my husband as he's the one with the job qualifications. my uncle lives out there and has said that he'll sponser us but if we go with my husbands skill thats needed out there would that be quicker on its own or could i do both? skill and family? also need to know what to do next once i've decided which visa is gonna be best for us?? any help would be fab! ta!

Hi Sam,

Have you checked to make sure that your Uncle can sponsor you? I'm only asking since I thought the relationship had to be closer than that, but I could be wrong.

I think that going for both visas at the same time could be confusing, so try one at a time.

Have you spoken to an agent about this?
Maybe this could be a question for an expo?

We used an agent so they guided us through the process.
Once you've decided upon the visa it's a matter of applying and going through the process. The immigration offices will let you know when to have medicals, and police checks done.

By the way when you're doing the points test you should be included too even if you have no skills in demand, since you would going in on the visa too and may add some points to the total (even just because you speak English).

Am looking forward to going to the expo! its a shame it takes so long for visa's!!! just want to be there already!!!! ;0 gives us a chance to get house looking nice for sale though. thanks for all the help you've given us!!
