Advice on visa for work

Are visa required to move and work in Australia, if so how would you go about getting one and about how long will it take in order to get one. If you need one within a month is it possible.

Yep Visas are required for Australia and depending on which type of Visa you apply for it can take quite a while - from a couple of weeks to 18 months!
