Some important question For online application and state sponsorship

I applied online 175 on 18/8/09
My profession is Electronic Engineer - 2125-13 ( CSL)

i received a reply from DIAC as below asking for docs

FURTHER DOCUMENT REQUEST

Arif chowduray
Birth certificate or other evidence of age
Copy of passport Personal Particulars/Photo (bio-data) page
IELTS English Test Report Results
Evidence of overseas qualifications
Skills assessment
Evidence of Specific Work Experience
Evidence of work experience
Marriage certificate Passport photo

Deisy lila
Birth certificate or other evidence of age
Copy of passport Personal Particulars/Photo (bio-data) page
Evidence of English language ability
Passport photo

Raymond Tazrian
Birth certificate or other evidence of age
Copy of passport Personal Particulars/Photo (bio-data) page
Passport photo


I already attach all document except spouse IELTS colored scanned but without certified. is it ok ?

My wife is start her preparation for siting IELTS test.
I want to know how many days I will get for submitting spouse IELTS , or i should wait until CO assigned and ask for this. And what is the minimum score accepted for secondary applicant now ?

I just received South Australia state sponsorship today. Can I upgrade my application now 175 to 176 ? is it required any fees.

In this SA sponsorship email have a conditions

" If you have applied under Concessional English, you must pay the fee to TAFE SA before you lodge your visa application with DIAC. If this fee is not paid and receipt included in your visa application, your visa will be refused."

what does it means ?. I have academic IELTS all band 6 already. I need to pay this fee to TAFE SA ?

I guess you can upload your wife's IELTS result as soon as you receive it. Why don't you contact Immigration department of South Australia and ask them if you are supposed to pay the TAFE SA fees or not?

Dear Applicant

The requirement to pay the fee is one imposed by DIAC. You will need to visit their website for more information or contact them direct Department of Immigration & Citizenship They have also indicated some changes to this process - visit their website.


But still it is not clera to me , what is " Concessional English" and why Should i pay for this ?

What is your IELTS score? 6 in all bands? Before the decision on your case is made you will be asked to prove that your spouse has functional english if not you need to pay a second installment of AUD$ 3510. Check the following link for more information.
