Default ACS assessment question(Indian degree holder)

Hi Friends,

I am submitting my application for ACS assessment.
I have 10 years experience in IT. I started working after completing 3 year Diploma (Electronics and comm engg).

While working I did 2 year Bachelor degree in Computer Application and 2 year master degree in Computer Application. All my qualification is from Indian University. Both my degree is through distance learning (No Fulltime)

Which ACS group I should select? A or B or RPL?

Thanks in advance,

You can apply for assessment ... however, if you are not sure only because your computer Bachelors and masters are through distance learning, you can just apply for RPL Path.....

Hi, Since you have done your Bachelors in Computer and Masters.....you can apply the ACS in group A or B...as you have 10 yrs of exp....(RPL is only for those who neither hold bachelors nor masters in computers....

Surf,

I really don't know if part time experience is addressed equally by ACS. Keeping on safe side, why don't you try RPL path.. with 10 years exp.. it should be fine plus you will get chance to claim MODL points.

I am Electronics and communications grad with 2 sems of ICT (Full Time) plus MCSE followed by 9 years experience. And I am applying online for RPL.. Almost done with my docs will be applying soon.

If you take my advise, go for RPL if you are not concerned about $250 whaich they charge extra for RPL.

Good Luck Buddy..
