Thumbs up order of documentation

Hi,

I have collected all the papers(hopefully) for ACS and going to send it thru the DHL..i have got a folder which has 80 transparent plastic slips for putting all the docs in them....find below the list of all the docs ..let me know if anybody wants to add anything in this list(or delete) & also the whether the order of papers is correct??


Assesment form
index(containing the list of all the docs with page nos)
Bonaide company letter(on company letter only stating the duration of employment)
resume
declaration stating that i cant provide the letter(on company letter) & stating all duties performed till now
appreciation letters
certificates
reference letter from current manager & coemployers with their xerox id card
reference letter from current ex-manager & ex coemployers their xerox id card & business cards
My offer letters & hikes letters etc(anything & everythig which states that I am employed in the company)
salary slips of last 12 months
Form 16 for last 2 years
Account statments for last 12 months
marksheet & degree certificates of my graduation
marksheet & degree certificates of my 12 & 10 standard
avidavit stating my date of birth
all the passport copies


not to forget that i have collated all the certified copies...



and the courier letter addr is...

Hi Pankaj,

i had arranged my papers according to the mentioned doc list in ACS (Australian Computer Society) - Membership, Professionalism and Leadership for ICT Professionals and the ICT Community

An Application for Assessment must consist of:

Assessment for Application Form (New Application Type from 1 August 2009)
Passport or Birth Certificate
Details of Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
Vendor Qualifications
Employer references
Resume
Fees (Changes on fees from 1 August 2009)

Hey pankaj,
Do we need salary certificate of last 12 months?..6 months wont do?..

hey aarav,
u can put for 6 months also..i had for last 1 year so had put them..if possible u can get ur 1st year and onwards salary slips also...just to show ur employment...

thanks mohit for replying...but i m known to this list n has prepared my list acc to this list only...but wat i was looking for was the order and some more additions in the list(if somebody can think of)
