Default Employment scope for an ICT Professional

Hello All,

A friend of mine is looking out to join an ICT Professionals course from India. She is also interested in moving to australia in near future.

Can anybody suggest.. what sort of employment scope exists in australia for an ICT Professional? Especially if she can target any specific state while moving to australia!

hi anand, i suggest you check the stick threads, there are links to job portals, if you check the portals you will get to kno which states are good for IT. major jobs are in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Sydney leading followed by others.

Due to the recession a lot of companies are goin slow but as told by a friend in HR it isnt as bad as people say it is. Employers are taking advantage of the mkt slowdown.
