pankaj instead of wasting ur money on ACS and getting turned down, i suggest you speak to an agent. they ask for 4 yrs exp if u have done masters in related field post your graduation (this is Group A), if you have not done that they ask for 6 yrs since u fall in group B.

hey anj...i just spoke to 4-5 aussie migration consultants in India rite now(not too sure how gud they r)...n all of them said that you r eligible if you have bachelors(B-Tech 4 years in computers) & 4 years of work ex(IT)....i have also mailed ACS regarding that also...let see what they say....

Yes pankaj, if u have 4 ys exp and bachelors(B.tech or B,E - 4yrs) that is more than enough . no need of masters................because I'm also same like you and got ACS positive result.

I applied through an agent. I had exactly 4ys 0 months experience in IT and B.tech (IT). I applied in the month of Feb 2009 and got the positive result on May 27 2009. If u want any assistance do post here, I will let you know....what I know.
The documents which I submitted are:
1. Passport copy
2. education certificate
3. certification details
4. personal documents like (birth, 10, 12, degree certificate & mark sheets all)
5. Employer reference letter.
