where is my case officer??? its been 3 weeks since we got approved and not a word. 1 year down the line and no visa!! its a nightmare, being told by the agent next week or 2, we have been told that since christmas , they just lie and lie to cover themselves.

Did you mean you were informed that you got approved for visa by your agent but receieved no official word from DIAC? Or did you get your approval for state sponsorship but are waiting for DIAC to grant your visa? Have you tried contacting DIAC yourself to see what's up? Maybe they will tell you what's going on. If they say that only your agent can call and ask, inform them that your agent has not been telling you anything.

Sorry that you are frustrated. Just try to hang in there.
