Default Valid Pooled PR Application and New State Sponsorship Application

Hi

My PR Visa Application was pooled and is still valid until Jan 2010. I Think in the Pooled PR Application`s Information, it was mentioned that they may put it into the skills matching database so that my resume would be avaialble for any employers or any state governments, However, it seems like nobody has gone through the pooled applications (Application got pooled by 115 points after 2 years of application effort). Ineteresting is that now my same skills which are lying in `Pooled application` are now in CSL. (earlier skiils assessed as Programmer Analyst, now I have assesed as Computing- .Net technologies . However my resume remained the same). I was told that I cannot update my recent ACS skills statement (MODL/CSL) to the earlier pooled appln.

Recently, I was going through the state sponsorship online application form, here I need some suggestions on following questions-
Should I mention the old pooled PR application reference no or not. Is there any advantages on already pooled application (like saving on money, IELTS score card, etc) if so, then I would like to mention the same, otherwise I dont feel like to quote, also applications mentions c/o name and address of my agent. I will keep it as blank and would like to apply as a new Visa application, if I recieve sponsorship letter.

Any guidance /suggestions

Thanks
Kishor

Sorry I don't know anything about old pooled applications.
Have you thought about contacting an agent? SOMV appears on the forum and she can be contacted through the link in her signature.

Let us know how you get on....

Regards,
Karen

After 2 months when all the requested papers were submitted, They send us the points allocated for all the cliam. They did'nt gave the spouse point, which I claimed, so as a result total points became 115. So the application status was mentioned as Pooled. The pooled application remains valid for years after the decision date and considers valid only if the points system changes to 115 points in future. I wrote emails to migration agents in Australia at that time, but they said the same thing. Iam sorry I could not write to SOMV, but now its too late, since the pooled application is also expired.

Thanks

Hi

thanks for your reply.

Did they told you to do health (medical test) before giving the result of your application as pooled?

HI

Do they havent said anything about doing medical test or pcc before. Ithink, only if point test pass the visa type applied for, then only they tell for medical or pcc.
